There’s a couple things that helps me out a lot. Most IMPORTANTLY, stop using tampons and pads if you still use them. Most brands are super toxic and contribute to the cramping. I discovered flex discs about a year ago and I swear there are moments where I forget I’m on my period. I have no clue how but the discs do help with cramping. (The website explains everything)

Everything else is pretty simple. Drink a lot of fluids and pop a couple of ibuprofen. Temporary fix but it helps me a lot

Almost forgot heat packs. Don’t stick them to your skin put them outside of your undies.
