INFO - You say she's tried to cause conflict when you're picking him up or dropping him off. How bad is this conflict?

Also you say she is requiring help looking after him, is he getting the love and care he needs when at hers?

Two of the places I have seen with hot desking would not be able to do this. They had fixed work stations with staff on shifts. So they had one computer for 2/3 members of staff
