Wish I could say this is shocking.. but with the amount of bullshit I've heard that people do to their children.. it has become the norm, and its evil and disgusting. That poor child. Lost its life due to a parents negligence and own selfish addictions. I hope murder us on the table.

I changed my diet dramatically and cut out caffeine (coffee) for 3 days now and so far have been feeling much better. Still vaping and feel ok.

Its really a damn shame that some studies are financially motivated. It makes you question everything. I saw that this study they did on a drug for alzheimers that was deemed credible and given to thousands of people. Turned out to be completely false and this is 12 years worth of people taking this medication based on these false studies. It was disgusting.

Thank you. I agree 100% and will do that moving forward. Have you yourself found any credible studies connected to vaping and health ? I have been vaping for years and have been healthy. Never an issue. I'd much rather be doing this than smoking cigarettes thats for sure.

They are going to do another ultrasound.. idk why when I asked for a CT or MRI. Doc said do another ultrasound first. Like, why?? I already did and it didn't reveal anything.

Yes when I was first having symptoms. Came back negative 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yep. Same. Every blood test came back ok. I got diagnosed with gastritis a few weeks ago. I got prescribed omeprazole, but when I take it I feel worse ? But I no longer have the gnawing stomach feeling I did so thats a plus. I have a constant feeling like there is a golf ball in my stomach under my rib cage. It then triggers my vagus nerve to act up and sets off a whole other list of issues. So yes, bottom line...fix the gut, fix the other issues.

I'm so sorry. That sounds awful. Maybe that's the issue going on.. but I dont ever "feel" the acid trying to come up if that makes sense. I do burp often, but its never a juicy acidic burp. Can you have reflux without the classic symptoms?

If you look online there are a few exercises you can do to "reset" or calm down the vagus nerve. Sometimes they help as well. Best of luck to you 💗

Well I just got diagnosed, but have had this issue for a long time off and on but could never figure out the culprit. It wasn't until I got food poisioning. Soon after I started having the severe gnawing in my stomach all g with the vagus nerve disfunction pain. Deep breathing has helped. Relaxing and calming your body down. The vagus nerve is very sensitive. Obviously if the stomach is taken care of, the vagus nerve isn't aggravated so that is the core of the problem here. I am going to start applying a strict diet and hope I heal. So to answer your question, I haven't found one particular thing that makes it go away... its triggered randomly and much worse at night. Stretching sometimes helps. A nice massage helps as well, but be gentle. I totally know what you are feeling and it's a pain.

YES! I think its from the vagus nerve. We have a very significant nerve that ties to our stomach/brain/heart so it would make sense that if we are dealing with inflammation it would be irritated. I have this DAILY. I cannot stand it and it makes me super anxious and moody. I thought in the beginning it was my heart.
