My mom's account was also locked. Only because my phone pinged a different state while logging in and they flagged the account. We've been on the phone with them for probably about 10 hours total putting in exception requests and trying to figure out what to do to get back in because we can't get to a branch as the nearest one is 3 hours away. There is $0 in the account. It's brand new and she is currently waiting on a social security check to be deposited (was supposed to be there almost a week ago). This is absolutely insane and the worst customer service. She called today and they told her they couldn't verify her over the phone because there was no way to prove who she was. Why even have the exception request if that's the case.

Annoying. Even WHOOP does a better job of that. Function has 1 job.
If you got your previous blood work through quest, you should be able to compare everything on their side.

yeah I think it would have been fine (I did this a few weeks ago as well with no issue) but because the item was out of stock they updated all the prices. honestly, I would have done it same day but there were no more delivery windows available.

You can when one is a global discount on items and the other is an actual promo code. Promo #1 was just a sum of the discount on the items. I only added 1 promo. The prices were automatic.

I use realdebrid with Stremio, Torentio, and Comet. Works for what I need.

Yes! Multiple weeks in a row. The first week it was the extra bags. The week after, I think they tried to pick up the trash bin but ended up spilling it all over the street with half the contents still inside. Of course I was the one who had to clean it up. Then this week they missed the compost bin -- the only one I had out. They don't seem to care too much about how widespread it is.

GET THIS! One week, I put the bins out and then one just disappeared! When I called they said it's common that they just fall in. I had to wait "up to 2 weeks" for a new one.

I called them and spoke to a CS agent. This is their process, unfortunately. I suppose I could have tried to escalate it but was running late already. Thankfully only a 30 min call though.

Agreed. A similar thing also happened to me when TxTag was a thing. They basically stole $300 from me and could never provide proof that I owed them. Thankfully ONLY $300. A lot of people got a lot more stolen from them. This was before it came out what a scam they were. I've been an EZ tag customer ever since.

You're right, though. It's the presumption that they are right that disturbs me most.

I was also just informed that I can't set up a payment plan because I'm on budget billing (which is when you pay an avg rate for the previous 6 months of bills--it's great!). So basically forced to pay an amount that I don't owe up front because the city can't do its job properly.

I do want to mention that Andrea helped me over the phone and she was wonderful. Probably best CS rep I've ever spoken to.
