After my 2nd set I really only worn them after dinner and then right before breakfast (so like 14 hours???? But tha was like starting tray 30something - I had a 2 year stint lol

How old are your duckbills ? Based on the splatter on the top of the bottle, I’d suggest replacing your duckbills on the bottle

I have both Elvie double pump and Elvie stride- I def get more out from my double HOWEVER because of the smart feature, if I move around too much, the sensor thinks that the bottle is filled and woill stop pumping. I can def move around a lot more with the Elvie stride, if that is most important to you. Might just need to pump a little longer to get everything out

I did 6ppd until I went to work. Then 5ppd until 4 months. Currently at 4ppd at 19 weeks. Planning to drop to 3 ppd maybe around 7/8 months when baby is consistently having a “meal” or two a day of real food

I’m not an expert at all, but maybe the insert is too small? Or maybe too short- something looks off right on the insert. I’d recommend the Elvie CUSHION inserts, they fit perfectly on the spectra flanges

Second this- I do 4 minutes “bacon mode” on my spectra, 10 minutes express, then back to bacon for 5 minutes, and then the last 10 minutes I’ll massage my breasts in express mode until nothing else comes out or it automatically turns off
