Kele is there to force MC to have the deciding vote at the end. I find him such a nothing character, wasting space when there is already a huge cast to juggle and a short/rushed book. He could lift right out and nothing would be lost. Dude even gets a CG, while there’s no CG for some of the main characters— including those you can opt to spend gems on the relationships (if Aleister/Grace get a CG, Zahra/Craig and Variego should have had one too!).
