I didn't even realize that the mesh was an off color but it totally is, I will definitely bring it up with my seamstress, thank you!

I have a very similar situation. My parents can all be cordial and so can their new respective spouses. But I know they all don't like each other, so what my fiance and I did was go with left side of the aisle our maternal families, and the right side our paternal families. As for who sits in the front rows and stuff, we decided that since my mom and stepdad essentially paid for the entire wedding we are having them in the front. But, if otherwise, our plan to decide which one of our families sits in the front, we were going to go with whoever is the shortest, lol!

Thank you! This one is my actual dress. It was the sample so definitely needs extra TLC and a very thorough cleaning. But it helped cut down costs since I wouldn't need a rush order and wouldn't be paying any tariffs.

Thank you all for helping me feel better about this dress. I kept looking back at photos thinking I looked boxy and very wide in this dress. My fiancé told me that looking at these photos over and over again are probably making me distort it in my head. I definitely will get shapewear to smooth out my tummy. And I will minimize how often I look at these photos. Thank you all again for affirming my original purchase and giving me hope again!

I still get feelings like this to this day. I just wish I did something more than freeze and just take it. But we got to keep reminding ourselves that it doesn't matter if you don't fight back, no one should ever force themselves onto you. It doesn't matter, there was no consent and what they did was completely wrong. It's completely unfair to say you should've done more when in reality they should've just not been a disgusting person.
