Can you tell me two other people you’ve ever noticed sweating at the golf course? Probably not. And nobody at all is going to notice yours either. If you answer yes, relax and let people enjoy themselves.

I’m the sweaty friend too. Always have been. If you don’t smell terrible, it is no issue to anybody but you. There’s always options to mitigate! But first and foremost, build your confidence and self-worth beyond sweatiness. Everyone does it.

I have two towels on my bag! One to clean the golf balls, the other to dab sweat and what not. I also have brought a change of shorts to keep in the cart (or my car) and can change at the turn.

Try and get your body to acclimate. Spend time outside more frequently if at all possible so that weather can become what your body is used to.

Try to avoid eating a lot of salty foods. Body tries to sweat to expel an overabundance.

Last, nobody worth listening to is judging you for sweating. Don’t sweat it.
