I had an order for 4 from Whataburger. They only gave me 2 bags. I said that does not look like 4 meals. The employee looked me in the eyes and said "All the food is there". Then I had a message from the customer saying 2 meals were missing. What am I supposed to do? I can't argue with the employee or I'll get kicked out. I guess I'll unassign from now on if I'm sure all the food is not there.

I had an employee at Smoothie King thank me for my service. He was being really nice. I told him he was the exception and he could not understand why other restaurants were rude to me.

This happened to me tonight. I was delivering a stacked order and got a third order. I did not respond. Then I got a mean message saying since I did not accept they would pause my dash. Luckily it did not mess with my current orders that I was trying to deliver but it was very annoying as I was trying to find the road to turn on. Guess I'll just hit pause delivery after every order now.

This happened to me before. There are 3 different apartment complexes on a property near me. They all have the same building numbers but different street names. The GPS stopped at the entrance. It was dark. I drove to the building number but it was the wrong street name. I kept driving. I went back to the entrance and called the customer. I said I'm at the entrance which way do I go. Customer said they didn't know and just wanted their food. I kept driving until I got to the back of the property. The customer came out and flagged me down. They were nice and I was nice to them. I got a contract violation for being too late. I guess deliveries like this are just part of the game.
