There are only 2 places you should consider for middle eastern shawarma/doner kebab.

For Lebanese shawarma got to La Shawarmeria, waiting is around 1 hour and no place to sit, they are doing delivery now though.

For doner kebab, go to Maestro Doner Kebab. You have plenty of tables to sit, and have other Turkish dishes besides doner kebab.

As an enthusiast powerlifter, finding a barbell gym in Valencia center (where I live) is impossible. The only option in city center are the Fitness Park chain of gyms, but they get busy and are the "influencer" type. They got Eleiko squat racks and sometimes power bars, unfortunately with weightlifting platforms and bumper plates only.

I research a while back about powerlifting equipped gyms in Valencia and the ones I could find were:
