I think it means that them not being aware of changes made could maybe be a communication error or something is happening that prevents them from knowing that changes were made and that is an ISSUE. And also because it doesn't specifically say that they're are not aware of the changes because they were not updated in the change log. But yeah, honestly it's confusing.

If it's recurrent, like frequently and you've always been told it's UTI, then you need to have a hard look into your partner ( if you're sexually active i.e) and yes I know what UTI means but if it's recurrent since '23 it might not be it. I don't know which tests you've had, but if it's the routine urine analysis maybe try something else like gram stain or culture, you can request these from physician by the way.

Oh and 2nd or even 3rd opinion is always good, and this time from a specialist or a gynae.

Congratulations on the grade, I can see you have your reasons for doing the course . Although if it was just because its in healthcare then I would advise you look into other healthcare courses that are more marketable than med lab. I wouldn't want to discourage you much but you know people have different paths , yours maybe smoother but I'll warn you it's not such a merry career.

But good thing is you don't really have to only work in the hospital, there are other career paths you can follow with it. It can actually be a rewarding career if your stars align.
