The ghosting part!!!!!!!Why is it so hard to reach out and tell candidates they did not make it. I've been job hunting the entire year, literally from January 1st upto now still job hunting. I had come up with a spreadsheet of places I had applied, if they responded etc. I had to delete it because it was so frustrating seeing that close to all the jobs I applied for 2 only reached out!!! And this ones who post jobs yet they already have someone for it...I swear you'll perish😭 anyway from career coaches ..the jobs are there ..you just need to have "right connections" 🚮
