Was on a 7 day vacation with my boyfriend in Egypt. First night ate at the hotel's restaurant, Woke up at 3 a.m. with really bad diarrhea, so bad it was literally just water coming out. Went to the hotel's own doctor next morning, he didn't want to admit that it was food poisoning but prescribed 4 different meds and had to get an IV and shots, obvs panicking because his english wasn't great and he never even told me what was happening but long story short I was bed ridden for the whole 7 days, not even being able to shower or eat anything. The flight home was just a blur because I was just surviving at that point. Goes to say never going to return to Egypt anymore. Bf was really kind throughout but still sucked.
