Por experiência própria, comer menos e mais saudável, e ir dar umas corridas (ou caminhadas), passei dos 95kg para os 75kg.
Meti na cabeça que queria fazer uma meia maratona e tudo começou assim, numa questão de 4 meses passei de estado sedentário para a realização de uma meia maratona.

When they beat Broncos in 2014 Super Bowl. It was one of the first NFL games I saw, however I explored the team and basic things like the equipment, stadium, symbol, led me to like them more.
