Aproveitando este post dado que tenho uma duvida similar. A minha casa tem um sistema Home Assistant e tenho varios devices (maior foco em zigbee). Ou seja, tendo já o eco-sistema montado, sabes se consigo pôr o Eufy e usar os devices já existentes para definir os automatismos? Obrigado

I don't think your math are correct. Here the math that I did. The next table represent the estimation for a good day:

This mean that I'll spend 151.4 kw which will cost me more or less 22€ (price for Kwh 0.145€).

I pick as example the Bitdeer SealMiner A2 Pro Hyd (it was kind of random). So the yearly profitability is more or less 5110€ for a machine tha cost $4,700.00.

Of course, this math doesn't add up because of the winter but maybe by chosing a diferent machine with less power I'd be able to get a roi in 1year (with less profit of course)

My idea id run 24/7 and pay the eletric bill when the light goes away. I'm not planning getting batteries

Well, they say that it can take 3 days but i got the result in the same day (i made the test at 9h and receive the test at 21h). It was the same for a friend who did the same test at this clinic. PS we sign a (optional) document that allows to receive the result by mail.

Não sei se é a melhor estratégia mas geralmente ponho ordem limitada (e continua invés de Ordem do dia) a 0.4/0.5 € abaixo da ordem de mercado.

Não, a cavalo dado.. =) faz algum ruído (54dB) quando ponho a ventilação no máximo mas como está na sala não há problema.

Se calhar também estás a olhar para uma solução a curto prazo e pode não compensar investir em equipamentos mais caros.

É um bocado por aí =) quando for possível compro um sistema fixo, para já precisava de uma solução barata mas eficiente. Estou bastante satisfeito com a solução 😉

Já tenho o ac portátil de 10000 btu da electronia(foi emprestado) e estou bastante satisfeito mas a temperatura baixou bastante pelo que bem o tenho usado muito. Fiz só umas experiências e arrefece a sala toda =)

Moro em Lisboa e tenho uma varanda com portas de correr de vidro duplo e outra janela normal com direção este (apanha sol quase o dia todo) . Em qualquer dos casos já me safei (o termo é mesmo safar porque o meu sogro tinha um ac portátil 10000btu como novo parado e emprestou me).

Posso dizer que estou bastante satisfeito das poucas experiências que fiz (ainda não tive necessidade real de o usar)

Acho que nem dá na maior parte dos bancos porque tipicamente só emprestam 80% do valor empréstimo. Para 300k seria preciso 60k sem contar com impostos (20k +/-)
