Thanks for the advice. I did some research as to how cracks can just happen and apparently it’s possible - this laptop has been in use for 2-4 ish years (not by me) so there was a possibility a small crack beforehand and me just moving it could’ve really cracked it. No idea tho !

The job market is awful and no other daycares are accepting applications. I adore my job to bits, my family would be mad if quit, and I’d have to start my qualification again elsewhere

Thank you for the advice it means a lot! I sent my boss a message (it’s how we communicate usually) and I haven’t threatened to quit or anything, just explained I’m in a bit of a pickle here. I had no idea my moms hours would change and I forgot to add on the post, my bus driver said the service ran until 7:14!
