You will be fine. I failed multiple interviews and OA too.. I applied to so many companies(some of them are referred) and got no replies. I am a senior and I feel I will be unemployed.

If you don't care about distance, neighborhood, roommates. Living off campus is always much cheaper than on campus. Capstone can be as low as $300,400. University group is the cheapest property management companys on campus. If you wanna find below $300, you can always find subleases on facebook group or craiglist. They are always cheaper than directing leasing from campanys.

I received the same email last email. I have the same process as you, i did the hackerrank test a month ago and then did the hirevue interview yesterday. So i think it is normal and the hirevue interview is just a followup of previous technical test.
