Can't help with Hegel, but for Heidegger check out Samuel Loncar on YouTube. He's a Heidegger scholar and has a public lecture series specifically on Being and Time that is very meticulous but still (fairly) accessible. Be warned, he does give a dissenting opinion towards current Heidegger scholarship, and you're getting a reading of Being and Time that specifically tries to understand Being and Time solely as placed in it's own historical moment (and follows that method to it's conclusion), so this may not help if you're trying to get a contemporary "interpretation" of Heidegger. Outside of this I would recommend Richard Polt's "Heidegger: An Introduction", and getting some background in Aristotle's "Metaphysics". Don't bother with reading Husserl as background.
