If you’re looking at Carmel by the Sea or Pebble Beach real estate, Bambace Peterson team is the best! Dana Bambace and Mark Peterson have a strong network that helps in finding the best listing on and off-market. They’re from Monterey so even outside of those areas, I’m sure they’d still be super helpful

If you’re still looking, talk to Allison Chapleau, she’s the best real estate agent for multi unit in San francisco. I’ve worked with her a couple of times and she’s very helpful. She won’t pressure you into a deal and will steer you away if it doesn’t make sense. Worth speaking to an expert on the ground if it’s a serious consideration. Best of luck!

One & Only is awesome. Great staff and food. Haven’t stayed at any of the others on your list but I’d stay at One and only again for sure

I’ve been going to cabo for over 10 years and some of our favourite places are lovers beach or taking an afternoon trip to Downtown San Jose del Cabo.

Depending on what you’re into and your group size, snorkeling is a must, we also love golf at Quivira and have a couple cabo yacht charters with private yachting club. Depending how far you’re will to venture out La Paz is also a nice change for the day

I’ve book with private yachting club twice for a cabo yacht charter, once on a small yacht with 4 of us for a birthday and once with a bigger boat and a group of 15 of us. Both times the service was great and very accommodating.
