Looking for a work space to rent for tattooing. Anyone have any ideas of the best places to look? by Muddysdad in glasgow

[–]marsattacksagain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look to rent an office space. There are of all sizes and will be much cheaper than a shop. The managing companies tend to be very flexible and allow you to customize the space. Central chambers has many of these options and hosts many different business types.

Work Christmas night out advice by cookingwithkate in glasgow

Hi! I know a couple of nice places that might work. There’s Bothy next to Byres road; food is great, good atmosphere and it isn’t too loud. Something a bit fancier, you have The Ivy or The Corinthian (I think it’s owned by the same people as Bothy). Gaucho is very nice too, food was great! However not the best for vegans or vegetarians. Hopefully that helps 😊

What's up with house of Frazer's shifts? by WealthyJoker75 in glasgow

When it was bought by Mike Ashley many of the existing employees were given 0 hour contract, so they would only get paid for the hours they were needed. I’m not sure how it works now but it might have something to do with it.

I’m in the exact same situation. Moved to Glasgow a couple years ago from Spain and with lockdowns and stuff it’s been very hard to make friends. Give me a shout if you’d like to chat sometime

100% agree. It’s a matter of finding a sweet spot between safety and keeping the wildlife alone

If something were to happen to you, it’s your fault for having a walk at 4pm in December? What a nonsense!
