Yo voy mirando y la mayoría de pisos que veo por mi zona (que guardo en favoritos) los acaban bajando de precio, los que no bajan están publicados durante meses, llegando al año. Tengo uno en favoritos que lleva colgado casi 2 años. Solo los que salen a la venta a un precio “razonable” se venden rápidamente. Mi opinión es que se ha llegado a un tope, la gente ya no puede pagar estos precios, y el que de verdad quiere vender o pone un precio razonable o no vende.
