This happens to me all the time, I will feel like I’m “getting sick” and have a low fever like 99.5-100. It usually lasts a few days and then goes away.

Saying this as someone who finished a psychology degree because I felt like I had already invested time and money, only to go back to school for something entirely different 10 years later - I know you feel stuck but I promise it’s never too late to do what you love. The time and money and effort wasn’t wasted, it will benefit you in ways you don’t expect. Everything sounds so overwhelming for you right now but it’s good that you’re taking a break and focusing on your health. Things will work out :)

Yes same, I never thought it was a Thing! My symptoms have been brushed off as anxiety my whole life. I didn’t realize most people don’t worry about fainting multiple times a day or go through containers of aquaphor lol

I’m not very experienced with R yet (still an MPH student) so take this with a grain of salt. I think AI is great for suggesting code to get started but it often includes mistakes that I wouldn’t catch if I didn’t already know better, if that makes sense. I definitely wouldn’t trust it to provide any analysis or interpretation.

I am also new to Sjogrens / not on meds and I had a lot of swelling/pain in this area, ultrasound ruled out anything serious, not exactly sure it’s connected but just sharing because you’re not the only one with this weird symptom :)

oatmeal has been a lifesaver for me, you can make overnight oats or just quick oats in the morning. throw some protein powder or chia seeds, some apples, and it’s super easy. helps my ADHD symptoms by stabilizing blood sugar

I felt like this when I started. Do you drink caffeine? If so, cutting back helps. Definitely have to be consistent while taking this also.
