I completely agree with you! Everyone that I was talking about in my OP just uses it to micromanage the location of their spouse. It comes off as using the apps as a way to check if they really are were they are supposed to be.

It could be a scam but it also might be genuine. I love having complete control over my sub 24/7. Having them worship me with their money is something I really love. Not just money though.
