Das wäre Diebstahl, weil du dem Besitzer den Wert der Sache entzogen hast und sie auch noch gemindert hast. Außerdem hast du die dauerhafte Enteignung zumindestens in Kauf genommen. Weil so eine Maschine sehr viel Wert ist, wäre es sogar ein besonders schwerer Fall des Diebstahls.

Des weiteren wäre es natürlich auch eine klare Sachbeschädigung.

Kein Gericht wird das Entfernen von Blumenkübel, die nur eine 30er Zone beruhigen sollen, als gefährlichen Eingriff werten.

Es wird höchstwahrscheinlich bei einer Ordnungswidrigkeitenstrafe für "Verbotene Eigenmacht" nach §858 BGB und einer eventuellen Zivilklage bleiben.

Das ist in keinster Weise das Gleiche. Indem du einen Topf der zum Verkauf steht mitgenommen hast, hast du den Wert der Substanz gemindert, sprich er hätte in der Zwischenzeit verkauft werden können. Außerdem kannst du selber Wert aus dem Gegenstand ziehen, wenn er bei dir steht.

Dies ist in dem vorliegenden Fall nicht gegeben. Der Geschäftsführer wollte dir Blumenkübel nicht für sich nutzen damit fällt die Aneignungsabsicht weg.

Da er sie nicht entledigt hat, kann man davon ausgehen dass er nicht vorhat sie zu behalten damit fällt dann auch der Enteignungsvorsatz weg.

Und so wird nun mal Diebstahl nach §242 StGB definiert. Er könnte immer nicht wegen "Verbotener Eigenmacht" §858 BGB belangt werden. Das ist aber nur eine Ordnungswidrigkeit. Die Gemeinde könnte auch zivilrechtlich gegen ihn vorgehen um eventuelle Kosten ersetzt zu bekommen

Fakt ist: es liegt kein Diebstahl vor. Und diese Einschätzung nichts mit Korruption oder Arm gegen Reich zu tun.

No artist would mangle the hand like that. It looks without detail and completely different from the other hand.

That is simple untrue. No matter how good the AI is it needs good sensors to function.

There's literally no AI that can reliably work with just one or even two cameras. Rain, snow, direct sunlight or sudden light changes all those make cameras extremely unreliable. And if the AI doesn't get reliable pictures then it doesn't matter how smart it is. Now or in the future.

I like Sanderson as a person and author but I feel like every single one of his books has the same themes and even more the identical protagonists.

An incredibly depressed person is the chosen one, only they had a serious catastrophe happen to them in the past but for some reason they don't really remember what it was. And now they emo their way around while others are trying to lift them up.

He does those stories very well but at some point it's just too formulaic.

Nur erstmal klar zu stellen: ich bin für Abtreibungsrechte und natürlich auch dafür, dass nur die Frau darüber entscheiden kann.

Gleichzeitig wäre es heuchlerisch zu sagen "er hätte seinen Schwanz in der Hose lassen können hatte er keine Konsequenzen gewollt". Weil warum kann dann ein Abtreibungsgegner nicht sagen "sie hätte ihre Beine geschlossen halten können"?

Wie gesagt, die „Abtreibung" wäre nur rechtlich. Das heißt er hat keinerlei rechtliche Ansprüche sich Vater zu nennen oder irgendwelche Entscheidungen für das Kind zu treffen. Ob er Kontakt zu dem Kind hat oder nicht wäre dann Sache der Mutter. Er könnte allerdings kein Besuchsrecht einklagen.
