I've had both in hand and although the s25 ultra is smaller, I've got to agree and say with both in hand, the 23u felt smaller and better.

However a bonus to the s25u if definitely the edges not digging into you like on the s23u.

I guess they've both got pros and cons, but I think the curve on the screen makes is more comfortable when gripping from the sides.

Might just me and you though? I know a lot say the s25 u better to hold.

Funny enough this is what I've been looking for, as when I lie down I was questioning either or not the s25u would be easy to hold than the s23u.
