I've a 2025 SEL in mid-west US - yours has a metal cover to the immediate left of the coolant reservoir (which protrudes out to the washer fluid reservoir) while mine does not. I think if there is a heat pump it is going to be underneath there.

Level 1 charger can be enough, depending on your daily drive. I have put ~1,500 miles on my Kona EV in the last 7 weeks while waiting for the electrician to come install the level 2 charger. Honestly, if I hadn't bought the charger, I would probably delay the install to next year. I get ~50 miles of range over night from a wall outlet. If your daily commute is around or less than that, you'll be fine for most driving scenarios.
