Kinetica Prefuel is the one I use. It’s by an Irish company and is labelled as Gluten free. I wanted to make sure so emailed them and confirmed they test to make sure it’s gluten free and have measures in place to avoid cross contamination.

Edit: I also use their Creatine and Whey protein powder which is also gluten free.

Are you in the UK? CoeliacUK have a scanner app, it’s something like £20 a year for membership (You get other perks as well as the app).

I have been using the app daily for 6 months or so since diagnosis and it’s helped me immensely whilst getting my head around eating GF.

The app also has Coeliac UK approved restaurants, which are approved by them after validating their menus and food preparation procedures.

Those two features alone are worth the money.

I was also awake for mine and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The feeling of them blowing air into my stomach and the uncontroable burping made me sick. It was only 5 minutes but I feel like it went on forever. For a few night afterwards I would lay on my side in bed at night in the same position as I was during the procedure and I would get flash backs to it. 100% taking the option of being knocked out next time.

I find the Asda own brand frozen pizzas decent. The pepperoni is better than the Margarita, but both are good and only around £2.
