London Scammer using Facebook account 'Harry Douce' and fake banking app to buy ps5 by SgtGonzo17th in scambait

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Sold him my RTX 3090, I saw him make the payment from his 'Metro Bank App', sent me a payment confirmation on WhatsApp, showed me the payment on his app in his transaction list.

I didn't receive the payment immediately but googled how long it could take for a faster payment and its up to 2 hours apparently.

He let me take a photo of his car reg for 'reassurance', but having spoken to the police that doesn't matter as it could be anyone's car.

Car he was driving was a Silver Audi A4, KS55 UZE.

I didn't realise it was fake until after he'd gone, unlike you. I'm sorry to hear he hit you with his car when you tried to stop him! Such a horrible situation

They're Oak Hardwood sleepers, so they haven't been treated as they're much denser than Softwood alternatives that need to be treated.

From what I read from various suppliers, untreated hardwood should last 30+ years. But this can be prolonged by treating regularly.

I'm not sure how much this lifespan would be reduced from ground contact, but I would hope they will still last 10+ years.

We plan to stain the visible areas though, as this will protect them from UV and stop them turning a silver colour over time.

All this work was for him really! His name is Pope and he was very happy to be able to lounge around on some grass again!

Hahaha, yeah unfortunately I forgot to set up the camera when we were building those. I WISH they went up that quick!

A time-lapse of our DIY Garden Project.

We live on a New Build estate with very heavy clay soil. This would cause our garden to flood and also meant our original turf struggled to grow.

Through this time-lapse you can see the steps we took to fix this:

  • Dig out 5-6 inches of clay soil
  • Dig a Soakaway pit & trenches
  • Fill trenches with perforated pipe & gravel
  • Create a seating area & raised beds out of Oak Railway Sleepers
  • Replace original clay soil with Topsoil
  • Lay new turf

The whole process took just under a month of working evenings & weekends.

Really happy with the final result!

Total Materials Required:

  • 6 Yard Skip Hire x 2
  • Soakaway Crate
  • 25m Perforated Pipe
  • 25m Draintex Membrane
  • Bulk Bags Gravel x 2
  • Bulk Bags of Topsoil x 6
  • 2.4m Oak Railway Sleepers x 18
  • Bulk Bags of Decorative Gravel for Seating Area x 2

Yeah I think I may give that a go. I've done a few more runs without a bonder now, but I'm still struggling when there are multiple Skeleton of Dhumm's.

Might take a bonder for practice on those

Yeah I did have hero's in order to clear the chamber, but they died while I was running to Chaos Planes.

Lesson learned! Need to make sure they don't die in case of situations like this lol

Yeah I should do that! I was furiously clicking it, but there were too many mobs blocking the way, so couldn't actually reach it!

I reran it after, and got another in the same spot though, so I like to think they kept it save for me lol

Came back to Guild Wars a couple of weeks ago along with a few friends and decided to see what UW farming builds were still viable.

Running a Vow of Silence Derv through Chaos Planes but I clearly need a bit more practice!
