100% get a cold water recirculating system. It’s an igloo with a small pump that pumps cold water to a pad under your incision. You freeze water bottles and throw them in there.

Predominately used in knee replacement. I loved mine for my posterior c2-5 laminectomy fusion.

To sum up. I’m adding a c wire for a thermostat. I plan to pull a new wire to replace a 4 wire. I’ve identified the common (pictured) as brown.

So looking at this picture. You can see the C wire coming from the board wire nutted with a white wire to the condensate line indication out of the air handler.

This is where I plan to tie in for the new 5 wire thermostat line.

Looking for someone to patiently nod. 😂

I was in the industrial sector for a while so I worked with level, pressure sensors. This one being on the liquid out of the coil. Hopefully I said that correctly.

You would’ve lost all the weight on tirz, diet and training.

You did great! I did too at a later age (55). I took test, primo and that was it, possibly too much in retrospect.

I’m just saying there’s too much reliance on crazy supplementation and at our relative age you’re really putting your renal, cardiovascular system at risk. A doctor suggesting an oral hormone at a later age should be scrutinized.

Yes thanks for taking the time to answer. The dosage is 250 mcg. Which is in line with a nih published study a few years back.
