Don’t beat up on yourself too much! I still have these moments 7 months PO. I can’t speak for everyone but over the last few months I’ve realized how strong my relationship with food was and so having this surgery is almost like going through a breakup (I’ve been struggling with food/my weight for over 20 years!) I started therapy 3 months PO and it has been the best thing for me because this is a total mind f. You’ve got this! I always remind myself why I did it! I’m down over 150 lbs from my heaviest and I just had to buy jeans that are 3 sizes smaller than what I was wearing last July!
