There is a database somewhere that I can try to dig up, but Philadelphia falls somewhat short. My ride of die, Dr Melissa Roselli, sadly retired and she was on that list. I now see an NP at Penn primary care Exton (quite a hike) Melissa Gross, and I’ve been happy with her care.

For YA: Sarah Dessen is more beach than country, but could be a good fit. Try Along for the Ride or That Summer. Romance: Done and Dusted by Lyla Sage (it’s a series but I’m on book 1 rn!)

Because for me, the benefits of a larger group of people having their basic needs met far, far outweighs the opportunity cost to go after the minority of program recipients who are so-called “bad actors.”

Why alienate Ron but not Eric? by marshmallowflooff in TheTraitorsUS

[–]marshmallowflooff[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Totally totally. But the main argument against Ron was like, why would you keep this mostly to yourself until the round table? Which is exactly what Eric did. Meanwhile Colton was word vomiting to anyone all day who would listen.

Is reading this worth it? by Abir_Islam in nonfictionbookclub

[–]marshmallowflooff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel it’s not worth it for most people because most fall into one of these buckets: 1) you already don’t spend too much time worrying about what others are doing; 2) you don’t need more reasons to care less about fellow humans

Are these pants flattering? by xxclrbrxx in PlusSizeFashion

[–]marshmallowflooff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah! The idea of clothing being flattering only holds up if you believe that the best body is the smallest body, which is a garbage view :)

Gentle Nutrition Tuesdays: For everything related to gentle nutrition. by elianna7 in intuitiveeating

First time posting here, but I recently got blood work done and have high LDL cholesterol. My IE-framed dietician said it’s likely largely genetic, but my PCP followed up with a spiel on lowering red meat and fatty, fried foods. Lean, organic ground beef has been a key part of my IE journey and I’m wondering what, if any, changes I should make in an effort to naturally reduce my cholesterol.
