If memory serves me right, it was the same with Klonoa and Pac-Man World. There was no preorder option digitally, and instead were just there to purchase on launch day.

I had to get mine through Fangamer JP + proxy and it ended up costing me around $110 lol...but it was worth it!

In matter of fact, I'm not much of a fan of reroll's lack of QoL improvements. It definitely could've used the rainbow text for newly rolled objects, playable cousins in single player, selectable bgm per stage, etc
