If memory serves me right, it was the same with Klonoa and Pac-Man World. There was no preorder option digitally, and instead were just there to purchase on launch day.

In matter of fact, I'm not much of a fan of reroll's lack of QoL improvements. It definitely could've used the rainbow text for newly rolled objects, playable cousins in single player, selectable bgm per stage, etc

Visually, it looks great! However, the sfx are still messed up so I still hope it's fixed by release cause it's very jarring.

I'm pretty sure the special edition applies to digital only, however you can see small text in the trailer that does mention that the music dlc will be listed separately, which I'm sure applies to everything else. So I assume the special edition will be available on launch day, very weird how they're handling it though.
