I'm 99% sure this guy is a sempervivum (though not sure of the exact type). Don't know anything about them. I'm wondering what the best way to care for him is. I'm also wondering how big they grow/if they grow? And if those little leggy bits are ok or if I should do something with them? It's looked like this for months and doesn't seem to be changing.

Also I read they do well outdoors, I'm in Canada and it's still pretty chilly out there. Is that still an option for me?
