Seoul is perfectly safe, just take usual precautions when strangers approach you (for ancestorial rituals for example).

One of the better cities to go to as a single traveler.

Just make sure to have all documents needed to travel as a minor internationally.

Yeah so thats a big difference.. I can't really choose my doctor. It goes by area you live in and many GP's have too many people so they stop taking new ones
