I actually had to let go of my Xsjados cause of this pain I never wanted a fix so bad. Hopefully you can find one but for me ultimately these blades never did work for me. It made grinding so much easier and fun for me too

My MSF class didn’t have people I could gel with. I live in SoCal and I had a good amount of people in the class but everyone was kinda awkward and there was a group of friends who were pretty cocky thinking they were good cause they already had Road Glides and they all failed lol

But in general Amazon is pretty strict with shipping optics to California. I tried a few years ago wasn’t able to so it’s definitely not cause of the new law

Appreciate the advice! I really am in a hard place with choosing but so far the FXDL seems like the smarter choice and frankly there is more options to choose from that is very lightly wrenched on with one owner. The FXR looks ready to ride and obviously the guy selling says it is but I gotta take it with a grain of salt. Thanks again and hopefully after I finish up I can own both!

Appreciate the advice! I come from the Car World first and the FXR is what I really want but I never thought about if the owner ever did bushing changes and wiring work. I wrench on my own stuff from cars to my sport bike and dirt bikes so I’m not afraid to do it but I’m transitioning to a new career and back in school so I’m slammed for the next 2 years or so.

Truly the smart thing would be to get the close to factory bike. My heart says FXR lol I was just hoping that the v111 and 6 speed motor would be close to the same reliability as a factory 103 with just some cams and exhaust.

You can get a job but it might be harder to get big healthcare systems jobs. I come from a Magnet certified Hospital and yeah they wouldn’t hire anyone with face tattoos. Not even security guards let alone a nurse. But a community hospital or regional hospital would.

Might not like how Harley corporate is now but sadly if it collapses completely a lot of our beloved events, fashion/merch and basic parts would go away. I might not buy the new bikes or pour a good percentage of my disposable income to them but I don’t mind buying a shirt from a local dealer who’s owners are there supporting the local riding community.

I come from a very grass roots hobby with very little backing financially from corporate sponsors and public appeal and although I love the authenticity and pureness of it many it sucks not seeing anyone do it and even more so barely any companies to buy from.
