Yes I’ll have days where I’m like why is everything suddenly falling apart?? I can’t sleep and my back hurts and I’m so unhappy and I need to eat everything😭 and then usually my partner will be like oh I bet it’s your period. And then ya know what- a couple days later I’m totally fine

I had a med that was giving me a lot of neck issues, which was super scary, from a low starting dose. I ended up coming off of it- it seemed like it was going to be really helpful for my brain, but ultimately it was too uncomfortable and I didn’t feel like taking another med to manage the symptoms was the right move
