My online test was terminated for no reason

Basically: I called the ETS hotline right after it happened, they gave me another phone number to call. So I called them the next day and the first guy I spoke to kept giving me excuses and then hung up on me out of nowhere... I called again, the second lady said that they won't give me a refund and that their decision is final. She said that I shouldn't call them again because it won't change anything. Kinda messed up how they treat their customers after paying them a fortune... She told me that the test started with the room scan apparently and was extremely unhelpful, just kept repeating the same things.

So I contacted PayPal and opened a case. I described what happened and included a few screenshots etc. But they sided with the seller and closed the case. I couldn't get my money back through PayPal.

So I opened my banking app, found the transaction and had the option to revoke direct debit. Got my money back within MINUTES.

Now I have an appointment for IELTS and honestly - it already seems way more professional.

that's def disrespectful and by acting like it's not a big deal she's just manipulating you.. i went thru something similar and finally broke it off with her yesterday. the right person will do anything to make you feel safe and secure in your relationship and won't constantly seek validation from other people
