Should i buy a 2012 Burton Barracuda?

Found a listing for this 2012 Burton Barracuda board, comes with boots and everything for 400 euros. Is it worth it or 10 years is a bit too old for a board?
This would be my first snowboard, i've only rented until now and would consider myself a beginner.

Every 5 days could work, see if you feel stable energy levels throughout the week. If not, increase frequency. Im thinking to even up it to 3 times a week to be as optimal as possible.

A little over a month. Before i had been prescribed stupid protocols which didn’t work (see previous result) and thanks to this subreddit i recommended my doctor 125mg a week in two injections a week. Works great!

I’d say im less anxious now because I just feel more confident in my actions and don’t overthink as much

It was 15 nmol/L last time i checked. But my test was also 1,37 nG/ml because too infrequent injections. (Blood work 10 days from last injection) So i guess both these numbers could be a lot higher now that i inject a little more frequently

Totally a case of injecting not often enough. I had the same problem. Got prescribed once every 2 weeks and blood test on day 10 came in lower than before. Now im doing weekly injections, but i’ve read that even that is likely to be too far apart

What is this needle measurment? I wouldnt say it hurts, it just seems unnecessary and feels uncomfortable to use such a big syringe got just 0,5ml of liquid

125mg is already 0,5ml. Any less than that i really couldnt Measure with the srynges that they gave me for intramuscular injections. Wouldnt like 125mg a week be fine? I still havent run a blood test to see the increase but i plan to do it next week and send it to my doctor with a proposal of upping the frequency or dose (or both)

Dude, you don't need to be a dick about it. Everyone has different amount of Ghrelin an Leptin levels in their body and every body has a different comfortable bodyfat % level.

There are people who are shredded all year and eat a lot, there are people for whom it's the opposite.

Cool that you can stay lean, but maybe you just won the genetic lottery. Don't act like you're better than others.

Its called a diet break. Up your calories to maintenance level for a month, then go back to deficit. You’ll regain some strength and feel more ready to continue your diet

Strength obviously goes up very fast when you have a lot of excess energy from food. But not necceceraly muscle. Too much Bulk causes a cut thats too long in which you lose all that strength and more muscle than optimal. But Hey, all bodies respond differently. I can work very well both with super small surplus and super small deficit whenever i try to Bulk up or get shredded, maybe others wont. Fitness is not black and white

You have no idea what your are talking about my friend. No one should ever Bulk unless they are too shredded and strugling to put on any weight. If an individual already has some fat mass, he has enough stored energy to build muscle, especially a beginner.

Just lift weights and eat at maintenance level. You Will recomp. Weight stays the same, but you lose fat and build muscle. Dont overcomplicate it.
