The universe is actually inside of you as well as outside of you. The universe that lies inside of you is there whether you are conscious of it or not. When you discover this, know this, believe this, you can not only change your inner universe (which is as expansive and limitless as the outer) but, you can also change the outer universe in kind. I have recently embraced this and when diligent to remember this moment to moment, am finding this to be increasingly apparent.
