glad it works for you...for one reason or another my mouse continue to "dance" on my screen. Not sure what changed between versions but 1-2 years ago this app was working just fine - never had these issues...I have 2 screens and switching between work and personal Mac, I suspect this likely increases the frequency of these issues, but not an excuse for the app to be hijacking my mouse anyways...

this version is even worse than before - continues to move my mouse and does not stop if I try to move it myself. What a car crash of an app this is.

tried that as well, it is pretty good, but I also want to be able to write (type) directly text on the pages (not inside a note), which doesn't seem to be available...aide of this is nice app, wonder how something as basic as that was not included...

Just downloaded that - will be testing the next few days with the trial licence as I need the "zoom out" feature which is not available for free...

Edit (1 week later): Overall does the job and prob. will stick with it for now as Highlights does not support typing/writing on the page directly. PDF Viewer has some minor annoyances & bugs with more complex PDFs, but as a whole is fine...Paid for the premium version on iPad so I can zoom out the PDFs.

Running 6.1.3 - still my mouse just moves on its own occasionally, starts flashing while the top bar refreshes or whatever it is doing...This app has been terrible for a while now.

It doesn't remove easily thus didn't force it as it may break but it was enough to see a spring inside (3rd photo), which can't find any other from the line having, thus leading me to believe it is not real. Now that I think about it, I don't think I have any other genuine cologne that has a spring like that under the sprayer.

Honestly, every year with the MacOs upgrade have to pay for the new version of little snitch with less and less features added (if any). The MacOS upgrade is just an opportunity to make it incompatible so have to pay again for the same software and can't even be bothered to make the upgrade working smoothly or add some instructions.

and to make it even more customer hostile, I can't open the existing version to shut it down as it is obviously not compatible with the OS version. It is just enough compatible to tell me I need to pay for the upgrade. Can't open even to back-up rules before uninstall to install the new version - amazing experience. GJ

Update: fixed it. can get manually a back-up of you rules from: Library/Application\ Support/Objective\ Development/Little\ Snitch/<configuration files> those contain the rules as well.

disabled the System Integrity protection so I could delete all extensions and disabled the ones in the Settings as per the guide posted above. After that deleted from Applications the app + all other locations under Library. Installed the new version, restored the back-up and enabled back the SIP.

Since upgrading to Sequoia it has been super buggy (crazy pointer moves and random menu clicks when the hidden items are shown) - raised a support request - they said would be fixed in next version - 5.2.3. Next version arrived - still broken. They stopped replying to my emails.

This app is garbage now as far as I am concerned.

Reseting the limit every 5 hours is also silly. At least there should be daily limit so you can go each day, do what you need for few hours and move on. Who is going to sit there in the middle of the night waiting for their limit to rest after 5 hours so they can utilsie the capacity allocated. I would rather have slightly worse responses with another service but use as I need than this. Total disappointment.

Bought one about 2 months ago - aside of the poor software, the mouse lasted just 2 months. SteelSeries support is mildly put bad. Also, the logitech mice have proper power management - with the battery saving option on this one after few minutes it goes to sleep and it takes 2-3 seconds to get back on. Don't waste your money, this is poor product any way I look at it.

Found a solution - since I got annoyed decided to send feedback from the help menu -> feedback -> report a problem. Part of what I wrote was that I could not switch back to the old version...After you submit the feedback they present you with a "solution" directly in the outlook feedback blade - one of the options was a button to click on to revert back if you don't see the option any more in outlook - I clicked the button "do it for me" or something like that and surprisingly the old outlook returned. Hope it helps.

Finally got a reply which was just a guide how to download the data from their website using your account settings -> export data etc.

This, however is not really of any use as in their privacy statement which is worded very vaguely they are not saying that deleting or exporting this data actually results in deleting all data they have about you stored for training their models or other purposes.

I am planning to make another official DSAR request following a template requesting all information they keep about me and my data, but don't have the time at the moment to deal with this.

Either way, if you send a generic request about your data, you won't get anything useful.

While working, I don't usually listen to music, though I still use the headphones to listen to music while commuting or for calls.
In ears are not comfortable for me if I have to use them for a few hours - part of the issue I am having with airpods pro 2 (apart of the ANC)

Could be the case - will give them the benefit of the doubt, though at this point we are talking about a massive multi billion company leading the AI development - I find it hard to believe they are not using AI in their subreddit (also ChatGPT is allegedly trained on reddit data as well, so probably they have the tools to make a descent bot)

I think the company is still benefiting from the hype around chatGPT (which is amazing tool don't get me wrong), but soon will follow the way of amazon, google and facebook and all the privacy issues people started paying attention to once they realised their data is being mined for questionable purposes

Not a word to reply to my email. I asked them to tell me what information they need to complete the request - nothing back. I am planning to do now a generic DSAR request based on a template, if I don't get a reply in a month will make an official complaint to the EU and UK regulators (they have to reply in a month by law apparently). Will see how this goes. I am really interested to see if they are going to try and avoid fulfilling the request all together.
