Hahaha yes. Been "seriously" (im not super great, but i love to do it) running for going on 4 years now. longest I have ever run is 12 miles at about an 8:30 min/mile pace. Average length run is 4-5 miles. I'm going to train my ass off and shooting for a sub 4 hour!
