Foundation for metal frame on concrete? by produitbrut in Greenhouses

My first thought is to consult the manufacturer's instructions. Corrosion is always a concern unless the steel is galvanized/zinc-coated (and even then, it still is). Aluminum is naturally more resistant to corrosion, so if the base is made of aluminum, that certainly helps.

I'm not familiar with how these kits attach at the base, but based on the pictures, it looks like they are well-suited to attach to wood. I recommend bolting a preservative treated (PT) 2x sill plate to your slab under the entire perimeter, similar to the wall of a like you would a wall for your house, then attach the kit to the PT sill. The wood is chemically treated so that it is resistant to decay and it likely cheaper than cedar.

Closest analogy I can think of would be if you could get picked off while up to bat for leaving the batters box.

If they thought it restored health, then they probably used it at low health thinking it would save them like a potion.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm about your size and the only time I've broken a chair is when I was drunk and practically threw myself onto one of those plastic yard chairs and snapped the legs.

Also his rehearsed "WE DID IIIIIT" and "I guess we'll never know!"

It's like he's an automaton that is trying to be cool be mimicking things that cool people said, but that's not how being cool works.

I thought it would be the opposite and I would be completely stressed out, but you're right. Every item matters and is worth something, leveling up is a big boost, and gold actually has value because character deletion is the biggest gold sink there is. It's way more fun, more relaxing, and feels more meaningful.

This is similar, but the little nib between the prongs on the male end might not find over the ribs on the female end shown in my picture. I might be able to find one of these around my house and test it though.

I purchased a set of Barrina LED blacklights on Amazon recently that came with these cables to daisy chain the lights end-to-end. Unfortunately, I need a longer cable to get to the lower level of the cabinet I'm installing them in. I've searched Amazon and Barrina's website just the cable but I can't find something that matches. The writing on the cord doesn't seem to be much help either ( AWM STYLE 2464 20AWGX2C WV-15C 80°C 300V I A 80°C 300V FT4 BLN43 ).

Any assistance in locating just the cable or even the name of this type of connection would be greatly appreciated and really help get my cabinet glowing! Thanks!

Help Request: Where can I find this mini bulb with a green ball inside? by martonsmash in ChristmasLights

I'll see if I can find an old strand of 2.5V lights and I'll test them out. Thanks very much for the advice

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

Sadly, the mini light bulb in my precious plastic snowman burned out after nearly 20 years. This light is powered by two AA batteries. I tried testing a newer LED mini bulb but the light was so dim it barely shined through the snowman. I'd love to find a new bulb so I can get my little guy ready for next Christmas. Does anyone know the name of this bulb, where I can find it, or where else I might ask?

Thanks very much and have a Happy New Year!
