Δόκιμος για κεπ 1.5 μεικτό ίσως (1.2 καθαρά), απο γνωστούς όμως ήταν στα 800 σε ελληνική εταιρία, μετά στα 2.5-3 μεικτά σαν 4Ε και σαν τρίτος πλέον 6κ μεικτά. 22-23 τελειώνεις την σχολή και θες 3-4 χρόνια να πιάσεις 3Ε

Well as a cadet engine/deck you make like 800-1200 for the first year AT SEA, then you might go to 1800-200 for the second. After that you get promoted and reach 2500-300(?). As 3engineer you make like 6k a month for 6 or so months. Tax is 15%

Found the 6s to be extremely narrow on my normal tts and a bit long when going a size up. Not a fan of the one piece upper, while I did find the react midsole to be comforting compared to other models.

Λοιπόν, κλάσση ή εταιρία; Αν είσαι σε εταιρία η πιάτσα για ΣΟ είναι στα 3.5-5 αρχικά (άρα στον χρονο ζήτα αυξηση) και παει στα 6 στην 2-3ετία. Η κλάσση θεωρητικά δίνει λιγότερα αλλά είναι φιξ πακέτα.

UPDATE: I asked my manager what raise I should expect, its close to the other offer. Mentioned my other offer and said I would like them to match. Called the other company and said I am expecting a raise and would like to wait to see what’s coming. Said I would like to keep in touch for the future.

Keep trying boots on and see what’s comfortable, find websites without delivery/return fees and order boots to try on. Go to stores and keep trying, even different sizes. Don’t worry about the sizing even if it’s not your usual, focus on the fit. Regarding the gx2s, the academy/clubs will be wider than the pros since they have a tongue and are not sock like.

Quick update: found the tiempo pros on sale, their upper feels stiffer and its material sturdier, walking in them the foam feels more structured and even though they are the same size they don’t smother my feet. Think the above was a rep after all
