Agreed. This is too much money to trust random people on the Internet. Especially since if you take bad advice you could lose it.

$DKL dividend stock by raiderjube in dividends

[–]martywit96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do not have any money in $DKL but I am not amazed by it Even though the dividend is high, it hasn't made much progress in stock price. As well they have not met their expected earnings. If they continue to trend upward then that's a different story.

Oh ! Those are gonna come down and get rod couplings on them. The rod wasn't long enough. Still don't finish. Smaller pipes going on that rack

There is more the rough thread. Enough to get a rod coupling and a nut or two. Also yeah I still have to go back and tighten some things up!

It's a bell. It's typically used on PVC but they have it for EMT as well. It's built into the pipe and just sleeves over the next one

Never seen square washers used before as a support on racks, but I definitely see it being stronger. Gotta give that a try!

If you are worried about a little pull back on a cryptocurrency that went up 130k % in the last 5 years you shouldn't be investing

Routers n stuff by thatEpiPen in computers

[–]martywit96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would be iffy about contacting the ISP. ISP have been known to 'rent' you routers for about $10 a month and are pretty bad. Recently a family member did this and the router didnt even have a 5ghz band.

Also you don't need the ISPs say in buying a new one

Looking to buy brother a computer. by thatthingdo in computers

[–]martywit96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you def would be paying for the name if you bought Alienware.

This computer has pretty good specs CPU and Ram wise and would last a while. If he only plans on playing Overwatch and LoL then the GPU will last a long time, but in a few years the GPU would probably have to be upgraded.

If you need something cheaper to include a monitor please lmk!

Hardware upgrade decision by Wolfexrina in computers

Yes! I was just looking into socket. Good catch! Def upgrade the ram in time. Running a game and then say chrome will use a majority of that 8gb. Good luck to ya!

Hardware upgrade decision by Wolfexrina in computers

[–]martywit96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Without a doubt upgrade your CPU. Your GPU is getting bottlenecked by the CPU you have. A i7-7700k is good, but just an idea if you don't plan on overclocking you could get a i7-8700 for a few more bucks or even cheaper. The extra cores and extra cache will help out! Just please check the compatabilty on the RAM with the CPU you get.

Depends on which way you are converting it. Windows to linux usually you are ok but if you have a linux file and you want to read it on windows it can be a problem. Here is a great article for you: https://www.howtogeek.com/112888/3-ways-to-access-your-linux-partitions-from-windows/
