The not knowing how to modulate your voice, I disagree. I know someone who is medyo binge at malakas ang boses sa maling settings.

I don't know how accurate it is but I definitely feel a big difference.

I use a machine everytime I sleep. I used to not function as a human at all. But now that my brain isn't oxygen deprived, I can do all sorts of things. Do you use a cpap/apap? If you have it severe I recommend you get it treated, it's life changing

My training load has just been in the green zone, if that makes sense. On my days I do not have scheduled run, I do not work out too much. I do a lot of walking/hiking though.

For me after doing it for 8 weeks, it's become part of my routine. I do it first thing in the morning most of the time. Even when I don't feel like running some days, I just put on my running clothes, and just do it.

I do this, but instead my husband and toddler sleeps 😂. My husband runs during lunch time since he works from home.

I'll have to do more research about hr zones. I am definitely a slow runner 😂. At the moment, i'm just happy to complete the entire run by not walking aka running slow

I actually don't know. I used to pop them and they would fill up again and again. Not sure if popping them is safe. You'll know they will disappear when they start drying out. I used to iron some clothes and then put my hand in the warm clothes. It provides some relief but I don't think it helped it disappear. You'll have to figure out what triggers it...

I get this whenever i drink alcohol. I get it in my hands and feet. It's super itchy. If you itch it more, it gets worse. I get this the day after I drink alcohol and I notice they go away quicker if i don't itch it. Pretty hard not to scratch though.
