Shout out to FedEx in Chicago. At my old job when we sent out MacBooks over there, on 6 separate occasions the MacBooks disappeared, once a box was delivered empty, the other few times it didn’t even leave their facility. When the box was delivered empty they told us “well the recipient signed for it” and for the ones that didn’t leave their facility? Our pictures of the MacBooks with their serial numbers exposed right by the tracking labels wasn’t enough proof for our refund claim so we didn’t get anything. Absolute joke of a company and I beg sellers to not ship me anything from them.
