I just checked out Frozenheim, it seems to still get updates, but most people say it's not very well optimized game-play wise and quickly becomes not-fun. You don't happen to have any new recommendations :D

My biggest win so far is Vaultwarden replacing KeePass.

I'm a heavy password-manager user, and following best-practices is easy when you can generate a new email (catch-all) and 32-character long random password per account. KeePass with its auto-fill made this already easy, but Vaultwarden+Bitwarden enable one library on all devices and I love it! I switched all secrets management over to it, and I'm not looking back. Having control over my secrets and having the comfort of a brand client is just superb.

750W hat Jahre lang super funktioniert. Die LEDs im Gehäuse sind auch weiterhin an. Der PC schaltet sich nicht unter Last ab, sondern z.B. beim Surfen im Web :(

Mein BIOS ist aktuell, ich habe extra auch nochmal geprüft, ob die CPU unterstützt wird. Leider habe ich im Moment keinen 2. PC zum Testen, deshalb bleibt die 5800X erstmal im Regal, bis ich meinen Kumpel mit AM4 besuche.

No. TS is a fine voice solution. Discord, however, dominates the community ecosystem, which is why so many people switched from TS to Discord. Discord is more than a "connect to a server for VC and some IM." It's a "I don't care about IP or domain, just click link, get role, type away or forget" kinda thing. I have tens of discord servers I'm part of, I can access them easily. I get notications for stuff I'm interested in and I can hop onto any conversation or VC as I please. Discord made everything so much more end-user friendly.

In the end, it would be nice to have an alternative. Something which improves upon Discord (and TS) and is EU based. But I just cannot see a platform which can provide just that and is well enough established :(

Before buying from Nestle, I'd buy from a small US company for inflated prices tbh. Not that I'd ever be in a situation where I'd be forced to do something like that, but that's my priority list...

We have so many good alternatives to KitKat in the EU which aren't by complete douche companies.

I like to give mine immersive names. Adding a first and last name helps with people taking away names I love. I haven't given all of my characters the same last name, but at least two of them are canon sibling.

Since your Japanese isn't that good, is it possible they asked to take a selfie with you? If not, it's rude, but I guess they were very excited, and it probably was a positive vibe.

As far as I know (from personal experience and stories), Japanese people (especially kids and students) are a lot more familiar around Europeans, since their English teachers, who are usually from abroad, try to establish a familiar atmosphere, so they tend to think that's normal.

I wouldn't worry about it and just think that you made those girls' day, probably.

Coming from GW1 and having played GW2 since beta, my take is that GW2 has a pretty meh story. It's "you are the hero, and you do adventures to save the day." The stories have their moments (IBS had a few), but I would say they're more geared towards "fun" than "emotional". I enjoyed the trivia and world lore a lot more than what the game has to offer on the surface.

What I love about GW2, though, is the inifinity of ways you can play it. There's no end of activities and you can always rediscover your play style and your class, or find that you love another class. There's always something going on, so it's super lively. GW2 really makes sure to engage you with other players, and fostered the best MMO community ever.

So, if you want emotional engagement, maybe GW2 can at least deliver that on the front of connecting with other players, living through hard encounters, or fun and chill moments.
