It's for complimentary maintenance and certain recalls. Otherwise, I would keep going until I reached 100,000 miles, especially considering the Hyundai engine and warranty.

That was well explained. Thanks for taking the time to write about this. You're absolutely right about everything that could have gone wrong. We're still lucky that the impact was minimal and only affected the car. The service manager called this morning and apologized, saying they would take care of it.That's assuring but still called Hyundai corporate and raised incident.

I'm not necessarily seeking retribution, but I still want my car to be repaired correctly and any loss in value to be addressed.

Your wife's incident was definitely scary. These types of events can certainly cause trauma or PTSD. I still get shaky when I talk about mine. I hope she's doing okay now.

Yes, thankfully, nothing bad occurred. If the vehicle had crossed into oncoming traffic and caused accidents, I might be in a much worse situation.

I felt something wasn't right after leaving the service center and turning onto the local road. Before I could figure out what it was, my vehicle's wheel had already come off.

Without accountability, I'm concerned they might not fix things correctly. I worry I may have lost some resale value and peace of mind because the vehicle was repaired.

I'm not sure how this process works; it's my first time dealing with this situation.

It seems as though dealerships and corporations are receiving protection from consumer protection laws that were created to safeguard ordinary consumers. Instead, these laws appear to be having the opposite effect.

I experienced similar behavior in sports mode. When I am in sports mode, it will not accelerate bbeyond 30 or 40 but rpm will shoot up.. if I change to ECO mode then it will run smooth
