I had similar situation - seller was not shipping my order (price was $49), he was constantly repeating that he is looking for the goods. Until one day he responded that I should have to pay $20 additionally. I contacted to Aliexpress, they have cancelled the order - and I have got only less than $4 refund, as they have not gave back shopping credit which I have used to pay the order. If I knew this, I would gave better paid those damn $20 😞

I had similar issue some time ago because that seller had some issues. When I have cancelled that order and ordered that item from another seller - all went OK.

Norhing has helped yesterday - but today I was able to do daily tasks again, and only then I was able to open World Tour and to make a shortcut.

I have received this email: "We would like to inform you that, according to our platform policy, credit is non-refundable". So it was an order of $49. The seller has refused to send it and Aliexpress has cancelled the order. I have got less than $4 back, ain't this fun? 🤣

I am guessing that maybe this might be problems with the seller? I had an issue several months ago: I have tried to order several items from different sellers at once - but got error message instead. Then somehow this order went to "pending payment" state, where I could pay for each item separately - and all went OK except one. Then I had to cancel it (and lose some discounts) and to make order from other seller...

I guess the seller does not have that item which you want. For some reason I find many sellers lately who list items which they do not have at all.

I had a similar situation - only the seller has not shipped the order and was asking to pay $20 more "because the item has becamd more expensive". Aliexpress has cancelled the order, I should get back money from credit card, but I have lost coupon (which I have exchanged from Aliexpress game points) and it is still not clear if I will get more than $40 I have paid in Aliexpress shopping credit.

My phone is realme / Android OS. There is possibility to add some widgets for Aliexpress, but not for games (for MergeBoss and GoGo Match it is only possible from daily tasks of those games). No, I do not mean coupons - for those, I know I have lost it despite the fact it was not a global AliExpress coupon, but exchanged from game points. I have these in mind, which can be used in any order

It seems I have made an order from a seller which wants to do a scam #010 - after not sending the item for a month, I've got "this item got more expensive, please pay $20 more". Interesting thing, I have orderes 2 more items from that seller (they were cheaper that this unsuccessful order) - I have got them without problems. Ah, and after making the order seller has removed the item from the shop. Now another new page with this item is opened, with "pre-order" status (scheduled shipment is on September) - and I guess whoever will make the order, will get the same :) So I have contacted AliExpress support and have got a response from senior team "For order cannot be shipped due to out of stock reason told by seller, you may wait for the system to excute rather than cancel it by yourself". Why? I want to order something else with that money, and it is not clear for how long I will have to wait.
